Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eshwara ("Eshwara", "we", "us", "our"), a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent pandits for online (Zoom) and in-person ("offline") pooja services. By creating an account, booking a service, or registering as a pandit on Eshwara, you agree to these Terms.

Eshwara is a marketplace that facilitates bookings between customers and independent pandits. Pandits are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Eshwara. Eshwara does not itself perform poojas, and is not a party to the religious ceremony performed by the pandit.

Eshwara provides online pooja bookings (delivered via Zoom), offline pooja bookings (delivered in person at a customer-specified address), and general informational resources (festival calendar, auspicious-day guidance). Eshwara does not provide astrology consultations, catering, decoration, or event-planning services.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.

Prices shown at the time of booking include the base service amount; applicable platform commission, taxes, and deductions are used to calculate the pandit's payout but do not change the amount charged to the customer. Payment is processed through our third-party payment gateway at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

A booking is marked complete only after the customer confirms the pooja was performed satisfactorily. Pandit payouts are processed only for confirmed-complete bookings. If a customer disputes a completed service, Eshwara may place the booking under review before releasing payout.

Pandits registering on Eshwara agree to provide accurate KYC, bank/UPI, and expertise information; to honor accepted bookings; and to conduct themselves professionally with customers. Eshwara reserves the right to suspend or remove a pandit account for verified misconduct, repeated cancellations, or fraudulent information.

Customers may rate and review a pandit only after confirming a booking's completion. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Eshwara facilitates the connection between customers and independent pandits but is not liable for the manner in which a pooja is conducted, the religious or ceremonial outcome, or any loss arising from a pandit's individual conduct, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eshwara after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
