Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Before Payment
A booking that hasn't been paid for yet can be cancelled at any time at no cost.
After Payment, Before a Pandit Is Assigned
Full refund, minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees. Refunds are initiated to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a Pandit Has Accepted the Booking
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pooja time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a partial refund, since the assigned pandit has already blocked time and, for offline poojas, may have begun travel or preparation.
After the Pooja Has Been Marked Complete by the Pandit
Once a pandit marks a booking as complete, you'll be asked to confirm the service and leave a rating. If you believe the service was not performed as described, do not confirm completion — instead raise a dispute via our Contact page with your booking ID, and our team will review before any payout is released to the pandit.
After You've Confirmed Completion
Once you've confirmed a booking as complete, it is generally considered final and not eligible for a refund, since payout to the pandit is released on that basis. Contact support if you believe there was an error.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your pooja's date or time rather than cancel outright, contact support as early as possible — we'll do our best to coordinate a new time with your assigned pandit at no extra cost, subject to their availability.
How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute
Reach out via our Contact page with your booking ID and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
